Painted in acrylic on various sized

canvases and objects, the first

collection of rock paintings were

essential concepts in black and white,

but subesquent works employ color

and gradation referencing time of day

and the objects themselves. The

language reduces to bare essentials.

Bold lines form paths and holes.

Presented together, they form

monolithic shrines that evoke ancient

places of worship. These objects

imagine a new religion devoted to the

earth experience from which human

life is inextricable. In this new faith, there

is no separation between humans

and our planet. Objects, people, and

meanings are bound together

against the backdrop of time.
